Shipping
We ship within the Netherlands.
- Shipping cost: € 4.95
- Free shipping: on orders of € 27.50 and over
- Dispatch time: within 3 working days of payment
Our set, cap and frog together, costs € 27.50 and ships free. Buying both separately comes to € 30, which also qualifies. Either way, take both and shipping is on us.
Once your parcel is on its way you will receive a confirmation email.
We do not currently ship outside the Netherlands. If you are visiting Amsterdam from abroad and would like our merchandise, the pick-up option below is the easiest route.

Choose Pick up at the restaurant at checkout and pay nothing for shipping. We will email you when your order is ready to collect at:

Returns
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind, without giving a reason.
How it works
- Email us at info@prince-charming.nl within 14 days of receiving your order. Mention your order number. You can also use the model withdrawal form in our terms and conditions, but a plain email is fine.
- Send the item back within 14 days of telling us, in its original condition and packaging where possible.
- Post it to: Prince Charming Bar & Kitchen, Prins Hendrikkade 56 / Nieuwebrugsteeg 9, 1012 AC Amsterdam
- We refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back, or of receiving proof that you sent it, whichever comes first. We refund the purchase price and the original shipping cost, using the same payment method you used.
Return postage is at your own cost and risk. Keep your proof of postage until the refund has been processed.
Items returned damaged or visibly used beyond normal inspection may be refunded at a reduced amount.
Something wrong with your order?
If an item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, email info@prince-charming.nl with your order number and a photograph. We will sort it out and cover the cost.
